ARTIST BIO

Debra Winn is an award-winning artist whose work is represented in national and international collections, such as the New York Public Library and the State Library of Victoria. Awarded the 2023 Firestation Print Workshop’s Biennial Australian Monoprint Prize and shortlisted for the 2022 Doug Moran National Portrait Prize in 2022, Debra has won accolades and been shortlisted for many awards.

With 26 solo exhibitions, including a major solo exhibition at the Australian Consulate General in New York City, and participation in over 70 group, curated, and award shows, Debra's work has been widely showcased.

Debra Winn has guest lectured at prestigious institutions such as the Art Students League of New York and the National Gallery of Victoria and attended rehearsals and created artworks of dance companies internationally, including the New York City Ballet and The Australian Ballet.
