David Brayshaw 

David Brayshaw is renowned for his coastal, Great Barrier Reef and alpine paintings. He has built a strong following for his work making him among Australia’s most successful artists. His work has been exhibited internationally including a recent sell-out at the ARTSingapore Contemporary Arts Expo in 2005, with upcoming shows in Hong Kong, Dubai and New Zealand. David’s work has been featured in many publications and his work is many private, corporate and Gallery collections, including the Australian Art Bank.  Captivated by the sublime landscapes of Kosciuszko and the Victorian Alps, his alpine paintings produced many sold out exhibitions in Melbourne and Sydney. Moving to the South coast of NSW in 1990 provided his greatest inspiration from the ocean, this current coastal theme has led to an International market for his works. Across the spectrum of works David draws upon a range of historical and contemporary art sources, techniques and personal experiences bringing together an array of imagery that captures his individual vision of Australia.(Showcase Art)

Cathy van Ee   

Cathy van Ee is an artist and tutor specializing in portraiture and landscape in oil and pastel medium. Her career in the arts has included working in the corporate sector in magazine and book illustration, book design, stamp design and gallery management.  She has participated in numerous fine art workshops with many of the finest artists in Australia and, more recently, studied overseas with David Leffel at the Scottsdale Artists’ School in Arizona. From her early fine art career, Cathy’s style has evolved into high-quality realism, particularly in oil portraiture.  Her work is displayed privately and in galleries in Australia and overseas. In recent years, Cathy has focused on exhibiting her work and regularly receives awards for her highly-acclaimed landscapes and portraits. As well as exhibiting, she loves sharing her knowledge and skills with others to help them become more proficient artists. Her reputation for excellence in her work and teaching practice is well known and respected, offering knowledge from her highly eclectic skills in the arts with academic and technical training in classes and workshops across art societies and galleries throughout Melbourne, its suburbs and the Mornington Peninsula.
